To apply for admission to the Focus on the Family Institute, simply download and print our application.

After completing the application, please mail it to:

All of the following items must be received by the Office of Admissions prior to each respective deadline date in order to be considered for admission:

1. Completed application
2. Two reference forms and accompanying letters (Adult Character Reference and Peer Reference)
3. Essays
4. Official transcripts (from all colleges attended)
5. Application fee of $30 (Please make check payable to “Focus on the Family Institute.”).
6. The signed Liaison Form (if your college is listed on the Liaison Form)
